Terms and conditions for using Loggbok

By accessing and using Loggbok, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Your continued use of Loggbok constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
Loggbok is a digital logbook application designed for skydivers. We provide both free and Premium tiers:
The service is provided "as is" and we strive to maintain high availability and data integrity. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You must create an account using Google OAuth to use Loggbok. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to:
Loggbok Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. You can choose your preferred billing cycle during signup.
New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your billing settings.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will maintain their current price for their current billing cycle.
Due to the digital nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Premium features, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You retain all rights to the data you input into Loggbok. Your logbook data is yours, and you can export it at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your logbook data. While we provide tools for digital signatures and certification tracking, you should maintain official records as required by your local aviation authority.
By using Loggbok, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your data for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Loggbok is a tool to help you track your skydiving progression. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the app. Always follow your local regulations and safety guidelines for skydiving.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loggbok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
If we discontinue the service, we will provide advance notice and ensure you can export your data before the service ends.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also request deletion of your account at any time.
All content, features, and functionality of Loggbok (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by Loggbok and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
